Title: How to be green without being an asshole
Student zine project for Nano-Publishing class
Completed May 2011 in quantity of 20.

This zine is the testing ground for where I would like my thesis to go: It’s about living symbiotically on this planet, and breaking free from the ‘Green’ stereotype that we’ve all learned to live with. It’s so easy to integrate it into whatever lifestyle, but most people need to be spoon fed so this is my way to spoon feed the people GREEN all the while staying positive and having fun.

This zine has 3 chapters: 1– More for less green, 2–Growing green and other fun colours and 3–cleaning green without staining. Chapter one deals with every day topics, facts that you may not have known about and ways to clean up your act without having to hug trees or change your life. Chapter two highlights how you can have a garden in pretty much an environment (except volcanoes). Chapter three highlights on a green cleaning product (such as vinegar or hydrogen peroxide) and gives simple recipes for cheap, effective and eco-friendly cleaning products. There is also extensive resources in the back included recommended readings and must see documentaries.
